My visit without appointment. Oil leak under car. Front service desk say wait 20 minutes because lunch time currently. It is good start. After while waiting extra 1.5 hour, I foun Oil leak under car. I ask again service desk why it is? The answer was because lunch time! In result after over 2 hours waste time I received paperwork with wrong diagnose and repair estimate about $1,000. Same day I bring car to different service shop and they find very small problem, fix it same time without any cost. Very bad experience. More
