We came into service our Mirage. I saw several cars that I liked and Chris Levasseur came over to check on me. Man, please be wary of the dealership and some of the things that they say they do before buying a used car. Me and myself I am a car salesman so I understand how some of these things go down and work bu things that they say they do before buying a used car. Me and myself I am a car salesman so I understand how some of these things go down and work but let me explain. I purchased 2016 BMW with 50 K Miles that was originally supposed to have a full inspection done after taking it to a mechanic shop after purchase, I realize that the vehicle had nothing of the inspection done that they claim to have done. The vehicle is not fully expected because it could not have passed some easy inspections like stretch leaking that were found in the rear main engine seal, as well as the charge pipe blowing off the car two hours after leaving the lot. It was a struggle to talk to the GM Mark , who wasn’t that great when it came to Customer Service they did unwind my deal after I told them how rancid it was for the deal to have happened after I gave them a really good new quality car. I had to bicker about returning my money as well as the labor cost covered at another auto shop because they told me they did not have the tecs to do it at that place. The only good thing I can say is Bob was trying his best to make my experience as smooth as possible, even with all the issues. Please be wary of this dealership in the managers that run the spot. The gym is tough to speak on and if the vehicle is it inspected make sure you get it in inspected . More
