Ellis was able to get me into a 4WD SUV with a lower payment by more than $100 per month and that included gap insurance and a 10 year/100K mile warranty. I am very happy with my experience. The salesperson, Ellis was thoughtful and patient even though I changed my mind about the color at least 3 times.
