Here's the story, I am a gay male and I am married to a man, tonight we went and test drove a 2015 Charger R/T and a 2015 Ram 2500 Laramie Diesel, during both test drives the Rosin repeatedly interrupted my partner and I when we would try and discuss the car ourselves, whenever we mentioned what we wanted he continuously told us that we didn't "need to purchase those options" repeatedly asked how I planned to purchase the vehicle, and was very rude in general in regards to my lifestyle. We also walked into the dealership in lazy type clothes. Well Rosin I will not buy from you and I make over $500k a year, I will never set foot in your lot again. You all need to relearn your sales process and start with a proper meet and greet followed by a walk around, wait until your in the showroom and at the desk before you ask about financing, you have a lot to learn.
