The sales team at this dealership is unique in that they do not create a pressure-filled environment with multiple associates waiting to open your door when you pull into the lot. Given how positive 2012 experience was, we decided to return last week to purchase a new Honda Pilot. Again, the experience was enjoyable and relaxed. Better than expected Well first off I must start off by saying I'm a HUGE fan of Honda's. I started looking for a Honda Accord Sedan on February 28, 2015. I was currently diving an accord coupe, but seeing I just had a child. I needed to upgrade. I ended up going to Don Carlton Acura because they are right around the corner from where i live, it ended up being a convince for me. I test drove a few vehicles while i was there, ended up choosing an 2009 Accord and it only had 67k miles on it. It seemingly drove nice, appeared to be in good shape. After purchasing it, I drove it for 2 days and noticed that it was having a few issues, the power steering had a whining, and the brakes squealed like no tomorrow and it had a bad vibration at ideal. I took it back to the the dealership and they chalked it down to i pay $1000 for replacing the power steering pump and brakes and the vibration was just how the car ran. i kept the car for about a month, and decided to go ahead and try trading it in for another vehicle, i did some research and got a letter in the mail from Bartelsville of Honda, it was 51 miles out. I went to trade in both of my Honda's to see what kind of a deal i could get. I arrived around 1 pm and meet with Jeremey Coles (very nice guy)and started to wheel and deal, they worked with me seeing that i had just recently financed the 2009 honda, and i didn't have the best credit score. By about 5 pm me and my wife walk out of there with a new 2015 Honda Civic (couldn't get the leather seats i wanted) but love the car never the less. I want to Thank Jeremy Cole and the finance guy for all the help and support to help us get a newer vehicle. I will definately be going back to Honda of bartelsville. Thank you from Thomas More

Best overall car buying experience in 28 years I was looking for a particular make and model of a Honda. I had the chance to view all Hondas Models at the Oklahoma City Car Show. I called and shop I was looking for a particular make and model of a Honda. I had the chance to view all Hondas Models at the Oklahoma City Car Show. I called and shopped around. Talked with Josh Price on the phone and from start to finish he kept his promises. He put my husband and I with Beebe who was friendly, patient, and not pushy at all. Beebe Stephenson got things completed in less than 1 hour that is a first for us in 22 years of marriage. We got to the car Dealership at 11:30 and finished at 1. All the staff was pleasant. I even saw a sales man running to get things done faster. We test drove and bought a car faster than it normally take just to test drive one. Even working with the Financial Department was very positive and easy. Even though the car dealership was a distance from our house it was well worth it working with this team.
