FWD or AWD? Even though it was close to closing, he met us at the door and had a red CRV parked outside for us to look at even though it was an AWD CRV. He explained that he could get us a front wheel drive, but it would take a few days to have one delivered. I explained that I wanted a FWD because of the better gas mileage. He explained that for the most part, an AWD runs on the front wheels primarily and only when it switches to AWD, that the mileage is affected only by one mile per gallon. So the majority of the time they are running at the same rate of consumption. Relieving me of my concerns and offering an excellent price compared to the other dealers, I decided to make a deal and buy the AWD. More
Needed a new family vehicle We'd purchased a new Honda Pilot from Honda of Bartlesville in 2006. The Pilot was a wonderful vehicle for our family of 5 and lasted us 8 years, 170 We'd purchased a new Honda Pilot from Honda of Bartlesville in 2006. The Pilot was a wonderful vehicle for our family of 5 and lasted us 8 years, 170k+ miles and was still going when we opted to trade it for another new vehicle. Other than keeping up with the maintenance of the Pilot, we never experienced any mechanical issues and were never displeased with purchasing that vehicle. We looked at many makes and models of vehicles we were interested in for our new purchase (2014). After being completely indecisive, my husband and I decided we were indecisive because we anticipated purchasing another vehicle that lasted and wore as well as our Pilot. So we opted to purchase another Pilot. However, while at the dealership, I couldn't keep my eyes off of the Odyssey and the space it would provide for our 3 children who were bigger than when we first purchased the Pilot. Our sales employee, Jason Herr, was gracious enough to have us test drive several so we could experience the option levels of the Pilot and the Odyssey. We left that day driving the Honda Odyssey and our kids, as well as my husband and I, LOVE our new mini van. The financing was seamless. The payments were actually less than what we anticipated and 5 days later, we have absolutely no "buyer's remorse." In two years, we will need to purchase a vehicle for one of our children who will be college bound and we will be returning to seek out Jason's advice and Honda of Bartlesville. More

Most car salesmen at other dealerships we visited used manipulative, strong-arm tactics. This was not true at Honda of Bartlesville however. Every employee was polite, respectful, and straightforward. Our salesman, Bruno Cairo, had a calm and sweet nature; he listened carefully to what we said we needed and answered all of our questions. The Internet salesman, Beebe Stephenson, answered every email promptly. The manager, owner, and finance director were also great. I believe we got a great price. The "big city" Honda dealer we previously visited in Tulsa wanted $2000 more for the same model and when we told them what Honda of Bartlesville was asking for the car, the manager angrily told us that we better run up to Bartlesville and buy it "if you really can get it for that." So we did. In fact, we bought two. Next time I need a car, I will go the Honda of Bartlesville. More

I had also heard from several friends that hands down the best place to go was the Honda dealer in Bartlesville. So I made a trip of it and I'm so happy I did. I was met by Mark, who sat down with me and asked questions about what I was looking for, what options I had to have and what my priorities were. Mark knew exactly what would fit my needs (Civic-EX). I drove it, I loved it and I bought it. Mark immediately gave me his best internet price, I didn't have to haggle and I know I got a good deal because I had already done my research and I knew I wasn't getting screwed.
