Got to meet Rich who made us very welcome, got straight down to business by choosing the car for a test drive and then the paperwork. Rich kept us informed at all stages and made sure coffee or water was available, even down to recommending a local restaurant where he could get us a discount. We knew the price we were going to pay and once that was sorted it was taken care of quickly and we got to leave in my new CRV.
