I have been going to this dealer/service dept for many years and have always gotten excellent service and help with my vehicle. Iam so very thankful to Jamie Kubacki and Mark Viggiano for all there help over the years. I know if I call them or come in and ask for them, they will always be avaliable to help me. I recently leased a new 2014 Honda Accord Coupe from Sloane Honda. I worked with Jeff LIsh and Chris Miranda (sales). Jeff is a manager, but unlike at other dealerships where the general manager hides in his office to avoid contact with customers, Jeff was directly involved in my deal with me and was very accessible to me and other customers in the dealership. He personally comes to introduce himself to customers and let's us know that he is willing to discuss any issues that we may have related to pricing or availability of a car, etc. As a woman, I was particularly impressed with the fact that there were many other women customers there as well. Obviously, the sales environment created by Jeff Lish and his staff, is one which is not intimidating or condescending toward women like other dealerships. Overall, I highly recommend Sloane Honda in Phila. to other customers. They did try very hard to give me a good deal, better than another local competitive , large dealer. This is the type of environment that is conducive to maximizing car sales. I have only compliments for this dealership-- especially Jeff Lish -- who really did work hard to earn my business . I brought my mother with me to the dealership, and she was also impressed, noting a lot of other women customers and just a classy operation there. She is leasing another Honda Civic Coupe in a few months, and we intend to return to Sloane Honda for her new car as well. This is why I rated this dealership so highly-- Price, Friendliness, Accessibility of Manager directly to customers, willingness to be competitive with pricing, went the extra mile to get the color car that I wanted ( white), ease of paperwork. More

Went in to purchase CRV, previously contacted dealer via internet. Arrived and was greeted immediately by Mark and we discussed the price he provided and then my trade-in. Price given for trade-in was withi internet. Arrived and was greeted immediately by Mark and we discussed the price he provided and then my trade-in. Price given for trade-in was within a couple hundred dollars I had placed on my vehicle. Was very happy with the transaction. Mark and I agreed on the value and Jeff (Manager) signed off on the deal. Went from Mark to Jamie in finance and after explaining all of the variable service contracts he completed the paperwork within a short period of time. No pressure to purchase anything I was not interested in. Overall, I had a great experience purchasing my Honda CRV. More
