Mr. Paladino, as you are aware, you scheduled an independent state inspector to come and check out the vehicle and the motor mounts. Their conclusion was that the motor mounts were fine and working as they are designed to. If there is nothing wrong, it can not be covered under a warranty or service agreement. I am sorry that you are unhappy and am certainly willing to discuss trading it in for a different vehicle you are more comfortable with. Feel free to reach out to me to discuss your issue.
