Our overall experience at Smail Acura today was very pleasant. We did not feel the high pressure to make the deal today, but yet there were active negotiations that led to an agreement. We didn't get exactly the price we were looking for (which is understandable), and that is the reason for the "good" rating above instead of "great". This was our second purchase of a car from a Smail dealer, and I would highly recommend Smail to anyone considering buying a new or used vehicle. More
