I have always been extremely pleased with the service I receive at Smail Acura. From the time that I arrive, the garage door opens and I am greeted with a friendly, "Good Morning Dr. Orris". The requested service is reviewed and I am quickly out the door. My only concern is one of cost. The driver's side rear view mirror's plastic housing was cracked as was the turn signal lens. The cost for the repair/replacement for the mirror was nearly $500. That's absurd. We are talking about pieces of plastic. More

My experience with Smail Acura thus far has exceeded my expectations for a car dealership. I never felt pressure to buy the vehicle and the test drive was relaxed. I have been very pleased when dealing with the service department. They really seem to listen to the customer and do everything they can to make sure the customer is happy. I also appreciate the follow up calls to make sure I was satisfied with my service appointment. This is very important to me because it is in my opinion that the service department determines whether or not I will purchase another vehicle from Smail Acura, as well as decide to have my vehicle serviced at the dealership instead of a national chain.
