First time leasee First, I have to start by saying I stopped into the Mazda dealership with my boyfriend who was cross-shopping for a new car; he worked with John prior First, I have to start by saying I stopped into the Mazda dealership with my boyfriend who was cross-shopping for a new car; he worked with John prior to me ever stepping foot into Smail. John was helpful and very knowledgeable on the different models of MAZDA. My first visit was to go on a test drive with my BF. I happened to see the Mazda CX-3 on the show room floor and after a brief discussion with John about all the car had to offer we left the dealership that day. I could not stop thinking about the car and was in contact with John several times via phone, email, and text with questions about the CX-3 ant the possibility of leasing and/or financing. John was EXTREMELY patient with me!! He said I should come and take the car for a drive so we set up a test drive. That day I test drove the CX-3 and the CX-5, again John was very patient, accommodating, and knowledgeable about all of the question I slung his way. I walked out of the dealership that day without purchasing a car, I needed "time" to figure it out. It took me over 2 weeks to go back into the dealership; in the meantime John did check in but was never pushy or obtrusive (this goes a LONG way with me). Finally, after another test drive and me popping in at the end of the day while John was with other clients I met and worked with Nick. Once I made the decision to Lease the Mazda 3 the process was simple and painless :) ! Nick was amazing and informative. I can't say enough good about my experience (I have had bad experiences with other dealerships/sales people)!!! If you enjoy top notch customer care and a sales team who is informative and really wants to put you in a vehicle that is suited for you (not pushing you into what would make them the most money) you should check out this dealership!! More

Sales promises unfulfilled Bought a new Mazda CX5 and agreed to their first quoted price but I said that I need three things from them to close the deal. Its all written on that pink "we owe you" paper that is provided with the sales contract. Two of the three were done promptly after the purchase. The third item was never provided and I was told "we cant do that". There was no attempt to reach a compromise, none of the promised calls were received. Their attitude is that for such a small dollar item you cant afford to force us to abide by our promise and we have your money. Buyer beware here! More
Smail's Mazda Service is a generous one-star. I did not buy my Mazda here, but had it serviced here. There is only one service person for the Mazda line, so you get him no matter what. Do you know what it feels like to catch somebody off guard and know they're making stuff up on the fly to cover up their white lie or mistake? That was most of my service experience here. During my last service encounter, I initiated all communication despite repeated requests for follow-up calls, and each time I was given reassurance that my issue was being taken care of. In the end, about an hour and forty-five minutes after my appointment, I learned my car couldn't be fixed. To top it all off, I gave them the benefit of the doubt; contacted their customer care and explained all that happened, and... waited. No response until days later after I followed up, and then I got an impersonal 'we're sorry' from a general mailbox. I'm still hopeful, but not optimistic, that they'll do something better. More
