Where the car salesman pretends over and over to be your friend and tries to make a deal with the “Boss”. Overall the memory of the experience was positive… and buying a car is low on my list of fun things to do. The finance guy (Nick?) was also not pushing on add on services. I understand any finance guy has to tell you about the services offered but I didn’t feel pressured at any time. So if you can’t remember which salesman to ask for…. Try to remember the greatest Christmas movie of all time. Henry was very helpful with his knowledge of the Mazda CX-5 that we purchased. I purchased an original 1990 Mazda Miata in August of 1989 from Smail Mazda, and had a great experience then. I checked all Mazda dealers in Western PA and Smail Mazda offered the best price and the exa 1989 from Smail Mazda, and had a great experience then. I read about the new 2014 Mazda 3 in many auto publications. It was the 'Car and Driver' review that influenced me as I have a great deal of respect for the C & D writers. I had a particular color and model targeted. I test drove the Mazda 3 at other Mazda dealers, but Smail was the only dealer who had the exact configuration in stock. Bill Cline and staff were very professional and offered the best deal and exact car I wanted. I highly recommend this dealership as the purchase process was quick, professional and pleasant. More

I had been visiting several dealers around the Western PA area but none have been so easy to work with as Smail Mazda. The next day, when we had scheduled a test drive, the car I was interested in was ready and waiting to go. Bill was personable and able to answer all of my questions. He even put up with my wacky mother who grilled him about the car dealer business and other nonsense. The purchasing process was easy, the price was fair and I was able to drive home in my new vehicle that afternoon! Would highly recommend using Smail Automotive for your next car purchase. Initially, I had visited Smail Mazda to check out the 2014 CX-5 and take a test drive. When I saw the CX-5 in the showroom, liked its color (Sky Blue Mica), and options, I decided to buy it. Keith was very helpful without playing the games usually associated with buying a car. He showed me the invoice when I asked for it. I made what I thought was a fair offer, and he got it approved. He arranged to have the addons installed that day so that I could have the car then. Keith was knowledgeable about the car's features, and explained them clearly. This was one of my best car buying experiences. More
