Bill sold me my first Mazda three years ago. Since then, he has maintained contact by leaving voice messages. Because I was getting my car serviced, I stopped by to talk with him and he informed me of the he has maintained contact by leaving voice messages. I'm never sure if I'm getting the best deal because I'm so easy-going, but I'm happy with my new car and pleased with the amount of time Bill set aside to work with me. My only complaint is that it takes five hours to buy a car! That was a serious time sink. I know that's not Bill's fault because he was waiting around with me waiting for others to make decisions. Just something the dealership should look at! Again, I really appreciate it that Bill establishes a friendly relationship not only to sell the car, but to check up with you over the years as well. Because of that, I will always come back to Bill at Smail when it's time to trade again. More

First off everyone in this dealership is very friendly and will greet you on the lot as well as in the showroom. Everyone I spoke to was very kind ranging from the sales associates to the finance guy (Nic and will greet you on the lot as well as in the showroom. The sales associate that I was in specific contact with was Brian O'Connor. He bent over backwards to do anything to help me out. The first night he stayed over an extra 45 min so I could test drive the vehicle. The next day when I went to go pick-up the car he stayed an extra 2 hours while waiting for finance approval. The approval didn't come that day, but Brian was sure to let me know when it came and what kind of deal he could make me. After finally getting the car Brian showed me around the vehicle and knew the ins out outs very well. A couple days after leaving the lot I realized I forgot an item out of the car I traded in that my mother really wanted me to get back. I called Brian up and he went out to their storage lot, grabbed the item and held it for me to pick it up. Overall a great dealership, great experience and great people. Thanks Smail. More
