I was very impressed with Smail Mazda. They were all very friendly and helpful, and a pleasure to deal with. I was especially impressed with the salesperson I worked with (Vincent). Vincent took it upon himself to ensure that the vehicle was detailed properly by himself and another employee. This is above and beyond what I would expect from the typical salesperson. It really shows that they understand the meaning of customer service and care about their customers. More

My experience at Smail Mazda was a very good one. I went there to buy my first car just recently, and was happy I chose that dealership. If he did not have an answer immediately, he was willing to research it to find out. I went to the dealer 2 weeks before purchasing my car to do some looking around and get information, and Steve gave me a follow up call afterwards to ask if I had any other questions that I did not ask while I was there. I thought that he was very considerate, and he helped me in every way possible during the whole process. I will very likely go back to Smail when I buy my next car. More

We had purchases a new Mazda 3 back in Dec. 2008. We used the same salesman, Mike McNeal for a newest purchase (Mazda CX-7) in Oct. of this year. He is outstanding! Not pushy yet direct. I would have given the "overall" rating a great, but there were some waiting periods that I feel could have been avoided. I am actually writing for 2 reasons. I took my car in for service due to the fact I did not like the dealership I was dealing with. While I was there I decided to look at the new cars. First I have to say th service due to the fact I did not like the dealership I was dealing with. While I was there I decided to look at the new cars. First I have to say the service department is great. They did a wonderful job. Then I ended up talking with Mike. He was very informative and I did not get pressured into buying a car.
