I had a great experience with smart Ford. They were very responsive to my online, phone, and text inquiries. The sales rep I worked with, Leroy, was very knowledgeable and laid-back. I didn’t experience any of the pressure that is typical of car dealers. Leroy laid out my options in detail and then gave me room to decide how I wanted to proceed. Awful. They had our car 3 weeks and still didn’t resolve the issue. It was an air conditioning issue. They told me it was fixed took the car for a driv They had our car 3 weeks and still didn’t resolve the issue. It was an air conditioning issue. They told me it was fixed took the car for a drive the air stopped working. Took it back to the dealership and “they fixed it after a week” Nope started the car and it was blowing hot air. The woman helping suggested I leave it there for the mechanic to look at it again. Fast forward two weeks later. Called them and they still didn’t have it fixed. My husband called before the weekend and told them we just want our vehicle back. She said the one mechanic that has been working on it won’t be back for 5 more days. We were all PAID up on the bill. Paid it with no problem. My husband said it’s been almost a month and your dealership still hasn’t been able to figure out the problem. I just want the car back on Sunday as long as it’s not pulled apart etc. We didn’t care if the air conditioning was fixed we just wanted our car back in the same condition we left it in. NOPE. They had the middle counsel and the glove box stripped and in the back seat. Air still not working 900 plus dollars later. More
Horrible experience with the service department. Went in for tire issues as well as state inspection & oil change. Asked about price upfront to be prepared- was okay with everything. When they were done, I asked about my tires and the service assistant looked at me and you did t want the tires checked!!! After we discussed it when I got there as well as it was on my appointment notes I received in an email!!! UNHAPPY CUSTOMER!! Will not be back unless only option!! More
