I worked with Mike, a service contact, on my free first oil change you get when you buy a new car from them. I had them put on a roof rack, cross bars and kayak supports. It took about a week to get my car from the day I first stopped in to see what options were available for stick shift. During that week, Peter Green kept in touch with me daily. He kept me updated on the status of my car since it was being transported to Des Moines from a different Honda dealership. He emailed me just to see how my day was going and he kept reiterating that he was looking forward to having me test drive my car because he k ew how much fun I would have with it.
