This review is about my service in July 2019. As always, I had a great experience. I trust the mechanics who work on my car and I have full confidence in my service advisor Kris Schroeder. Kris anticipates questions that I’ll have and has the answers for me before he talks with me about the inspection. I always know what I must get done right away and what I can delay until a future service. Kris also lets me know of upcoming routine service events, so I’m not blind-sighted. I also appreciate being able to pull into the service area in case I’m concerned about something (like a noise). Gary is wonderful at solving these kinds of issues at a moment’s notice. I highly recommend Smart Honda. I’ve had my CRV since November 2010 and the only unexpected incident was a dead battery. I trust that my car is well-maintained. More
