New Car Purchase I’d like to say this was one of the most pleasurable experiences I’ve had buying a car. Aaron Logan was great to work with on the trade in and the pur I’d like to say this was one of the most pleasurable experiences I’ve had buying a car. Aaron Logan was great to work with on the trade in and the purchase price on the new car. He gave me a very fair price for my trade in. My salesman Matt Carlson went above and beyond at helping me find the car that’s the best fit. If anything I was a big pain for him. I changed my color choice 3 times on him. I also drove several vehicles before we landed on the style. I decided to purchase a 2019 Honda CR-V. I’m sorry for not remembering the finance guys name. But he was easy to work with as well and didn’t pressure me to buy something I didn’t want. Great team and great people to work with at Smart Honda! Everyone was so nice and very accommodating. Garmin Map Update The dealership mostly doesn't do this service but, after following instructions from Garmin to upgrade my navigation maps, the car wasn't formatting t The dealership mostly doesn't do this service but, after following instructions from Garmin to upgrade my navigation maps, the car wasn't formatting the thumb drive. I took the car in and they couldn't get it to format either. Made an appointment to find out the problem with Honda Tech people and they set me up with a loaner since it wasn't determined how long it would take. After some time that same day, I received a call to come get my car. They gave me a formatted thumb drive and sent me on my way. I had to go through the process at home with my own computer. They handled my issue as well as I could have asked and they learned about what has to happen in the process. They were courteous and professional. More
