Service center people should learn phone manners and not be so rude. I realize a remodel is underway but not being able to wait at the dealership for a simple oil change shows a demonstrable lack of planni be so rude. When I called for an oil change appointment the lady who answered was rude and wouldn't accept the fact that I live out of town and didn't have anywhere I could just go since they aren't allowing anyone to wait for service. I dropped my car off for several services. I returned the following day and waited over 1 hour.... they LOST MY KEY! After over 1 hour, I had new keys programmed.
