Very friendly and great service. I love the fact that when you call you can talk to a human right away instead of having to listen to a recording and hope you hear a press that right I love the fact that when you call you can talk to a human right away instead of having to listen to a recording and hope you hear a press that right button for what you are trying to do!! And then when you do talk to said person she was so pleasant and imagine when you have asked for the place you need to speak to (in my case the service dept.) she said it would be my pleasure (to switch me there!!) now that's some class in my opinion. Also all the guys in service where very nice and helpful as well. Nothing worse than going to have your gone serviced and if you have any questions you are made to feel that they don't want to be standing there answering your questions like they don't have time for that. Well you won't have that happen here!!!!! More
