Correspondence from Matt I was assured the carfax for the Ford Explorer was good,I thought it was included in my paperwork,but it wasn’t.I called Matt three times to send me t I was assured the carfax for the Ford Explorer was good,I thought it was included in my paperwork,but it wasn’t.I called Matt three times to send me the copy,& he said he would. Six months down the road l still haven’t received it.That doesn’t say much for Matt, or your Dealership,especially if everything. I was told about the little Lady in Rosebud Ar.owned it,& all its maintenance was done at your Dealership,asked Matt if l could get a copy for my records,Matt said sure,l still,I’m beginning to feel that everything about the car was misrepresented.
