I purchased a 2023 RAM 1500 Limited from Smith Haven CDJR expecting premium service and reliability. What I got was months of electrical failures, dismissive service, and a complete lack of accountability. M expecting premium service and reliability. My vehicle, VIN 1C6SRFHT5PN576008, had numerous unresolved issues that left me stranded multiple times — and not once was I given a loaner, despite the dealership advertising a 55-vehicle fleet. After multiple tows, repeated battery replacements, and no root cause found, I was finally offered a $47,000 buyout just to walk away. I tried to explore a replacement vehicle, but was offered a lower trim at a higher price than what was listed online, with no discounts or care shown. Total indifference from sales and service. Now, this same defective truck is back on the lot, being sold to the next unsuspecting buyer. If you're reading this: Do not buy it. This isn’t just about bad luck — it’s about a dealership unwilling to do right by its customers. Three vehicles from Smith Haven in the last two years and this is how it ends. My family and I will never return. More

I’ve had repeated electrical issues with my 2023 RAM 1500 Limited that left me stranded multiple times, including once with my 3-year-old and 8-month-old in the car. No loaner was offered, and communication has been generic, unhelpful, and dismissive. To make matters worse, I was told to “contact RAM Corporate” instead of having my issues addressed at the dealership. One service advisor even suggested I tow the truck elsewhere because I seemed too frustrated. This isn’t how you treat loyal customers. It’s hard to recommend a place where service and safety come second to deflection. More

I came here today to get service for my car. I have been driving for many years and have visited many service centers. I had many bad experiences before, so I did not trust service centers. Two service advisors, Larry Biehl and Tim Biehl, changed my mind. They gave me the best service and made me feel comfortable. Now, I trust this place again. I can buy a car and get service at Smith Haven Jeep without worry. I am very, very thankful to both of them! More
Went to the dealer looking to buy a used truck which wouldn’t start went we went for a test drive then after they charged the battery, the truck wouldn’t come out of first gear. They did work on the truck a 2019 RAM and it was good to go with brand new tires it drove great just a sensor issues but fixed. I gave them the benefit of a doubt with a 100K warranty (truck only had 34K a 2019) went for a test drive it and it ran great had a bit of an issue opening the tailgate as u had to give it a push before releasing it. I get there to pick it up after all this and they don’t have the title for the truck!!! Haha offered me 1K off the asking price which they could have given me when I needed to get the payment down but said they had no room to move. Overall terrible absolutely terrible experience and would never give them my money. I also drove there 3 times from Manorville to St James with cash in pocket to not walk out of there with a truck. They need to reevaluate who they give manager positions to. More
