Liars from the very start terrible dealer do your research Purchased a CERTIFIED (means nothing) Ram 1500 went less than 500 miles has a water leak from the sunroof , engine tick when cold , brake vibration wh Purchased a CERTIFIED (means nothing) Ram 1500 went less than 500 miles has a water leak from the sunroof , engine tick when cold , brake vibration when brakes are applied , transmission issues will not go into gear and stays in low gear burning excessive fuel. Chris Hart in sales lied about finance rate , I could have bought the truck with cash put $20000 down financed $14000 was told interest rate 3 or 4% time came to sign they wanted 8.0 % my credit score is a 815 ready to leave got rate to 5% and now will pay off early so they make no money on the loan. Mike in service confirmed truck needs brake rotors will not cover because I did not buy an extended warranty , then tried to tell me it's from not driving the truck enough which is another lie. Stated they can't find the water leak all he has to do is google it and its a common problem with all rams. Found no issue with engine or tranny lies again googled it found it's a common problem. Then I was told come pick up the truck after 2 weeks with no loaner which I was promised. I now have a case against them with corporate , I will be contacting the dmv and better business. This dealer stinks they tell you what you want to here to get the sale very pushy please stay far away, I can' say enough bad things about the hole experience. Things seemed to be going fine but then yesterday it sounded like it was going to blow up n my check engine light comes on !! And my tranny is slipping so I called them and they can’t get me in till April! I’m suppose to be going away in 4 days now I might have to cancel because I can’t drive car I have not even made my first payment yet on it n the tranny is shot !! More
