Received an email that there was a reply to my review, looked several times and can't seem to find it. Hmmm???? So here goes again: this dealership, especially the service dept is horrible! They will NOT honor your warranty!!! I was given "scratch and dent" coverage after my brand new Jeep, with the E brake applied, rolled down my driveway! You know, it could have just run someone over...no big deal. Was told to wait until it was close to the end of the warranty to have the scratches repaired. A few weeks ago, I took the day off from work, went to the dealership, and was told they don't cover "chips". Isn't a chip, a scratch? It was semantics. I got angry and loud, as I think any person who was treated this way would (I am also post a massive stroke, and have minor issues processing things, but chose not to make them aware of this). A week later I brought my car down for service on the Check Engine Light that had been on. I checked the connections on the battery, and had the air filter replaced but the light was still on. Took another day off from work, go to the service dept, left waiting for 20 minutes only to be told they will not service my Jeep! I was a week from the warranty expiring!! I called and reported the dealership to their Corporate headquarters. I have also warned several people and shared on social media, to stay away! Side note: My friends 2012 Dodge Ram 1500, bought from the SAME dealership, spontaneously burst into flames a few weeks ago, destroying 3 other cars with it. Apparently these cars are known to do this and Dodge doesn't do xxxx about it. Google it. PS: Don't bother replying if you're going to bury my review. More

Missing item Bought my 2015 Dodge Ram 2500 from this dealership. Have had it serviced there for 2 years without any problems. In December 2017 I brought the truck Bought my 2015 Dodge Ram 2500 from this dealership. Have had it serviced there for 2 years without any problems. In December 2017 I brought the truck in for an oil change. a few days after I went to hook up my trailer and the reducer part for the hitch was missing. It was in the rear floor board since I bought the truck. Only a Ram owner or a serviceman would know where to look for this piece. When I called to let them know I was put though to a guy named Ben. I then was transferred to a supervisor named Dan. I explained to Dan that I bought a 2004 Ram 2500 from Security Dodge and had it serviced there for 10 years with no problems. And that for 2 years I have had this truck serviced by Smith-haven with no problems. He said that his people would not steal anything and basically called me a liar. After multiple phone calls to get him back on the line he finally picked up a few days later and said he spoke to the mechanic and he said he didn't take it. I told him he had to take it because nobody else even knew where this part is kept. He denied it again calling me a liar. I am so disgusted after this that I am seriously thinking of trading in my Ram for Ford 2500. This was no way to treat a 14 year customer with zero incidents or problems. Nice job Smith-Haven. You just lost a family member for 14 years. More
