Warranty Purchase a 2014 Ram 1500 pickup. Went to Smith Haven wnven though I recently moved to the south shore since I purchased three other vehicles previous Purchase a 2014 Ram 1500 pickup. Went to Smith Haven wnven though I recently moved to the south shore since I purchased three other vehicles previously. I returned for an oil change and a warranty issue with my side steps. The side steps crome were blistering by the by the step pad. They took a picture and sent it Chrysler. Chrysler care called me and email me for weeks claiming they couldn't get in touch with any service rep. When they did make contact they made to resubmit photos. Then after weeks Chrysler care called me and advises me that the dealership claim the the blistering was normal wear. I complain to them and told them I was going to a local dealer for a second opinion. I brought the truck to Atlantic Chrysler they resubmit the pictures and within two weeks I had my new steps install no problem. I would definitely recommend Atlantic Chrysler.
