Wasted time I started out with an internet inquiry, followed up by text nessages, an email, and finally a phone call. Received a follow up phone call telling me they would get me in the vehicle but I needed to come down that day as it was the end of the month and I would get a great deal. I bit. I drove an hour to get there and after a couple hours was told they had to add a $3000 warranty on to "make the dealer whole." They offered an option of lowering the warranty cost to $2000. When I said I didn't want the extra warranty that was the end of dealing. The staff was courteous up until I said I didn't want the warranty. The face change on the one guy was staring daggers through me as he told me without buying his warranty there was no deal. Wasted time. Mine and theirs. More
