After explaining to him our experience we went back and we were introduced to Alex, who manages the entire smithaven auto group, and Lauren, who manages the used car sales at smithaven Jeep dodge chrysler. After some brief negotiating we decided that a car just wasn't for us right now but due to our complete 180 of an experience I assured Lauren that upon needing a new car I would return to smithaven Jeep dodge chrysler first. In the middle of February 2017 I was in the market for another car, I went to smithaven as they had the exact car I was looking for. Of course like any shopper I browsed around and found a few cars at other locations which were similar or the same to the one on the smithaven lot. Upon my return I was immediately greeted by a gentleman named Stephen P who asked us if we were there to see someone in particular, I stated I was there to see Lauren but I understood that she was a manager and wouldn't handle the sale directly. I told him the reason for my visit and we immediately went outside look at the car. As we came inside Lauren was available at that moment and immediately recognized my girlfriend and I. After that night it was merely a matter of signing paper work. Amazing transaction and almost a week with the car I am incredibly satisfied with the customer service both my girlfriend and I received. Used Cars plays games I have been played by them twice, both times being lied to in order to get me down to the lot. Second time they lied to me about the Wrangler I was looking at, telling me it had leather interior and a soft top was included. Left work early to find it was a lie. Avoid this dealer. More
