As soon as I arrived, I was greeted by the Sales Manager who introduced me to my Salesman, Mike. I am 53 years old, and a car nut, so needless to say I have some experience as a buyer/seller of used cars. Mike was genuine, knowledgeable, and hospitable. I felt very comfortable and had a great time talking to him over a broad range of topics. I cannot say enough positive things about Mike and the people at Smith Haven. Great selection and friendly staff I had found two vehicles online that I was interested in. That's when he turned me over to Lauren Fleming who was very accommodating. She was very professional wasting no time showing me the two vehicles I was interested in. We went for a test drive and I already had a good feeling but I still had a few more trucks to look at at other dealerships. Lauren called me later the next day to follow up as she said she would without being pushy to see how I made out. I informed her how disappointed I was in the other dealers selection and that I was interested in closing the deal that we had discussed on my visit on Saturday.
