They come from one owner Mercedes Benz lease turn-ins, franchised dealer trade-ins and trade-ins on our own inventory. Many of our trade-ins were sold and serviced here previously.
We have our own full service and repair facility. Smith Imports performs a thorough 130-point inspection on our certified cars. On our certified cars, we can offer an extended warranty up to 5 years/100,000 miles. This warranty can be used in our service facility or at any certified service facility in the USA and Canada.
We have many lenders and offer competitive rate financing with terms up to 75 months (with approved credit.) We also have alternative financing sources for those with less than perfect credit.

I went on a day where they were short staffed, and my salesperson was rushing to take care of her customers (which I understand). I used my mailing address in ms on the application not my home address. I salesperson was rushing to take care of her customers (which I understand). I used my mailing address in ms on the application not my home address. I explained the situation to Kayla, so it could be changed before entered into the system. She did not change it although I explained it to her before and my id is tn. She lied and told me that ms sales taxes are lower but the tag would be higher and it would even out. She not only sent the tag information late causing a late fee, but the sales taxes were only 40 dollars different. So no it did not equal out. Had she changed my information like I asked. I would be out of so much money for my tag. Just over her being lazy and not waiting understand or listen to her customer. PLEASE DO NOT BE IN A HURRY FOR A CAR IF YOU GO HERE and make sure your salesperson is listening to you or go somewhere else. More
