Great experience while swapping a GLS 450 for a S550 I had a very good experience with Smith Imports without ever visiting the store. I originally talked with John Adams and most of my dealings were wit I had a very good experience with Smith Imports without ever visiting the store. I originally talked with John Adams and most of my dealings were with Kayla Bunch. We agreed on a price to swap vehicles and they trailered their S550 to Little Rock. The driver waited while I had an independent mechanic inspect the car I was buying. When I got approval from my mechanic they loaded my GLS 450 on their trailer and returned to Memphis. I received a Bill of Sale, Odometer Statement, etc at the time of the swap. The original title and originals of the final documents were received via FedEx in less than 3 weeks. They are very professional and thorough. The car was exactly as described. More
