One of the best car lots I’ve ever dealt with ! Later that night I ended up being stuck on the highway because the belt in the car snapped while I was driving . Knowing that Tennessee is a state that once you drive off the lot you’re responsible .I was afraid of what was going to happen . I spoke with them and they immediately told me to take it the Mercedes-Benz to fix but come and pick up a loner vehicle until mines was fixed. They also gave me the choice of trading mines with any similar priced car on their lot or canceling the deal altogether. I ended up changing mines for another c class which has been perfect with no issues. Johnny was a great salesman who constantly checks with you to make sure your happy while not pressuring you also. Me and fiancé have decided this will be the only car lot we deal with going forward. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a Mercedes-Benz. More
