Low pressure sale with great inventory! I test drove 5 different cars, all various makes and models and they were great. After having gone to two Mercedes dealers in Memphis, where I was pressured to buy immediately, I was hesitant to visit another. At Smith Imports, Paula acknowledged my presence and allowed me to do my rounds/homework on the cars. She was always there to answer my numerous questions. She continued to update me on the status of my car until it arrived at the dealership. My paper work on purchase day was made hassle-free with John, who took his time to explain everything.
