Our experience with Smithtown Kia Service From the time we walked in to the service counter, Eric Papetended to us immediately. Both cars were being serviced. My Sorrento needed brakes and he From the time we walked in to the service counter, Eric Papetended to us immediately. Both cars were being serviced. My Sorrento needed brakes and he kept us informed while we waited. We did not need transportation and we waited while service was completed. I do not feel we waited to long even though we needed brakes. Paperwork was completed when the car was delivered to us. Eric escorted us to the car at completion of the service.
