I had been in contact with Lakia prior to coming in and discussed the type of vehicle I wanted and the price I was looking for. When I came in to speak with Cordell, he was consistent with the information provided to me via email and over the phone. In going through the financial papers, Gerard was great to work with and due to my credit was able to lower the price further. In other dealerships I have been in the past, the finance people try to sneak in additional items and costs which did not occur here. Overall, I would highly recommend the dealership when purchasing a new vehicle. More
