Wonderful experience! I bought a used (non Kia) SUV from them and can't believe the deal I got (everyone I tell is shocked at how much they give you for a used car, warrant I bought a used (non Kia) SUV from them and can't believe the deal I got (everyone I tell is shocked at how much they give you for a used car, warranty, oil changes, etc). The salespeople and finance people were all so fantastic. They do not try to BS you, they're quick and friendly. I shopped around and some dealerships are so poorly run it's beyond frustrating. Kia of Smithtown was just so great I would recommend them to everyone! Specifically, ask for Ryan or Justin if you want two of the friendliest guys you'll ever meet :-) More

Gerard met us outside the Smithtown dealership in a very professional and easy going manner. I think that most people would agree that purchasing a new car encompasses 2 apprehensions, the purchase price and probably more importantly the salesman you are going to deal with. Gerard immediately put both of us at ease displaying a laid back but in an informative and competent manner. He answered all questions professionally with a sense of humor and a desire to please. There was no pushiness and he conveyed an honest approach to our apprehensions. There is a sense of honesty and decency to the man that is immediately evident. In summary he is an excellent representative of KIA Motors and I would do business with him again. More
