I met Gerard Rennie at Smithtown Kia, where he welcomed me and offered me a cup of coffee before any "car talk" began. He listened carefully to what I was interested in, located a vehicle that fit my needs and off we went on a test drive. At no time did he try to oversell me on something I did not need. I had researched prices, and I truly believe I got a good deal here. Gerard always treated me with dignity and respect, and made what many consider to be an unpleasant experience, into a decent one.
