"Great Service"

.Brought my 2014 Kia Forte in to have checked out because of a stalling issue. Eric the service manager was prompt and courteous. I had to leave the car, since I came in without an appointment, and was provided a free shuttle back to my house. They held the car maybe 5 hours and at that time provided it with a computer update and road test. The issue seems resolved and all for no charge. I was very pleased with their professionalism and hold them in the highest esteem. Smithtown Kia once again shines through.

"Great, No Pressure Experience"

Gerard Rennie was great. Took the time to explain all the features on the Niro. No pressure. Followed up on everything that needed to be taken care of. I financed my purchase and he worked with his sales manager to get me a good rate. Rosa from the financing office also did a wonderful job going over everything with me. I got what I was told I would get. If you are looking for a no-hassle, honest car-buying experience, then this is the place to go and people to deal with!

"Pressured by salespeople but Service Folks were superstars"

Service was great. Salespeople were very high pressure and when I tried to decline the deal I was pressured further. Will go here for service but elsewhere to buy a Kia

"Great Experience"

Artie is the valet who initially greets customers at the service center, checks the car and begins the process. He is a kind and cheerful person, remembers customers from previous visits and makes you feel welcome. Eric is generally the service advisor that handles my car....he has a great attitude, watches for service announcements and reminds me of calendar/mileage deadlines for warranty issues. He truly "has my back" in terms of making sure I am receiving eligible discount campaigns, etc. Tom and Bill are also service advisors at Smithtown Kia and they are most helpful when I do reach out to them with questions, etc. The whole group makes up a wonderful service "team."

Have used this dealership a few times. Always friendly and helpful. They don't try to sell extra un-needed services. My advisor is Eric, who seems to go out of his way to help out. Appointments are required which means you don't wait forever. Warranty work completed quickly. Just moved here from Texas, the friendliest of states, and this dealership seems to be right up there with great service.

Had my sorento serviced at smithtown Kia. They were able to diagnose and fix my car right away. It was easy to get an appointment, and there was no waiting time. Tom and bill in service were extremely helpful and accommodating. I will DEFINITELY be back for all of my service needs, and will recommend this dealer to all of my friends.

Atmosphere is everything in service departments these days. I have to say, the atmosphere in this service department is wonderful! The service advisors are friendly and proffesional, and seem to have great chemistry. Thier personalities and happy demeanor are contagious. I will NEVER bring my vehicle any where else! Over the years I have purchased a variety of new cars, both foreign and domestic. It was not until I purchased my new Forte from Smithtown Kia and had it serviced there that I truly felt all those fancy sayings like the "customer is always right" or "the customer is our #1 priority" were true. It all started with the appointment phone call when I spoke with Michele. She was not only courteous and professional on the phone, but in person as well. Michele carefully listened to my concerns and made my service experience a truely stress free one. I was never treated any differently than someone with a top of the line purchase. I would highly recommend Smithtown Kia.
