Lease Trade In I traded in my 2014 Altima and was given a good deal on a 2107 Rogue. Since the Altima was my first lease I was worried about the process of getting a I traded in my 2014 Altima and was given a good deal on a 2107 Rogue. Horrible customer service managers have attitudes Picked up new Altima at this dealership. Other than Keith the salesman the customer service is beyond horrible. First off I was looking around at other dealerships. Went to Garden City Nissan had pleasurable experience and salesman was quite accommodating. Dealership was going to throw in heated seats as an added deal but since I live very close to Smithtown figured I'd give them a shot. Met with Keith on Tues saw a left over 16 on the showroom floor Told him what Garden City would do for me he told me if he threw in the heated seats would we have a deal. I told him yes. Then came sales manager Joe who told me they couldn't because it was a leftover and dealership was losing money. OK. because I needed a car because my wife has medical issues and no longer can easily get in and out of her SUV I decided to take it. They immediately took it off the showroom floor. The next day my wife had gone to the dealer to pick up car. I was at work. They told her she was unable because I had to sign papers.again.Ok. they told her come back tomorrow morning at 9. We showed up at 9 not being seen till 945am. Saw car and it was filthy inside and out. Not detailed.? xxx. Told finance woman how displeased I am she just shrugged her shoulders and told me we can pull out of deal. Is this quality customer service? Asked to see manager. Again had to wait to see him. His attitude was just as the finance woman. He asked me what I can do for me. I told him I would never buy another vehicle from this dealership again. Bottom line stay away from this dealership More
