The first one I went to I was very turned off by the service, the sales people were rude and unhelpful and almost wanted to make me give up on the whole dealership process. However, I saw an ad for deals happening at Smithtown NIssan and figured I'd give dealerships one last chance. I went to Smithtown NIssan and was greatly satisfied. The dealer was friendly and didn't try to belittle me or shake me down. In fact, Moe was very nice, extremely informative, and helped me find a fantastic car at great price that meets my needs. More

Worst Auto Dealer on Long Island I have purchased about 30 vehicles from different dealers on Long Island and these guys are by far the WORST. Purchased three vans at one shot. They c I have purchased about 30 vehicles from different dealers on Long Island and these guys are by far the WORST. Purchased three vans at one shot. They called me after I signed and gave a deposit stating the price was wrong. Tried to shake me down for $9000 more. I still met them halfway and made the deal. Moving forward, the trucks were picked up late night and we discovered the ladder racks they installed were not what I purchased and rear tires on 2 of the vehicles were bald and never changed as promised. After numerous calls, text messages and emails, I got nowhere. I even received a follow-up call from a customer service rep who PROMISED to call back and never did. These guys are the worst, most dishonest people I have ever dealt with. STAY AWAY!!!!! More
