My wife and I were greeted by an extremely friendly receptionist who ensured me that this would be a different experience after hearing our horror story. She referred us to Tom and even though we were ready for another battle, to our surprise, Tom was very knowledgeable, he was courteous, kind, patient, and actually heard us out as to what we were looking for. He took us out to the lot and and showed us the cars that had the features we were looking for in the price range that we were looking for. After picking a car, and working the numbers, I still needed some time to think it over. I didn't feel rushed, didn't feel as if I were being bullied into making a decision on the spot. Even during the deal, I sat and watched other staff members chipping in to help one another. Make a long story short, Smithtown Nissan is now the dealership I will go to for all my cars. More
