Unprofessional, dishonest, no professional courtesy at all I leased a car back in the beginning of August and traded in the car I had at the time. Upon trade in, my car still had money on the loan was was to b I leased a car back in the beginning of August and traded in the car I had at the time. Upon trade in, my car still had money on the loan was was to be paid off. Cut to the end of August, and only a monthly payment was made on the loan. When I called them on it, they said it was because they don't own all the cars on the lot and needed to wait for money to come in to pay off the loan, etc. I was told the loan would be taken care of next month. It's now Oct. 5th and the loan is 7 days past due. No payment was made AT ALL! Ive called multiple times in the last week, only to be lied to and basically ignored. My salesman Tom Sweeney did take a few calls, but basically said "its not him." I was put in touch with Ed O' Donahue, who has not returned ANY of my calls! Even when I call the front desk I'm constantly told that people aren't available, or they don't know their extensions or emails. This is been going on for 2 months and is completely unacceptable! The loan needs to be paid in full for the car that is in THEIR possession. Ive talked to multiple friends and dealers about what is happening, and every single one of them has told me that this is not how a dealership should handle things, that the loan should have been paid in full. Ive filed a complaint with the BBB and have my lawyer now involved. DON'T EVER GO HERE!! They're more interested in making a sale and getting you to give them a 10 on their survey than following through on their end of the bargain. Really pissed I actually gave them a good review prior to all this xx. Absolutely awful. More
