Fraudulent, they lie, never delivered car, KEPT DEPOSIT I tried to purchase a new car in Sept. 2015, paid a 1500 deposit, they promised 4 wk delivery and the car never arrived, They REFUSED to give me my d I tried to purchase a new car in Sept. 2015, paid a 1500 deposit, they promised 4 wk delivery and the car never arrived, They REFUSED to give me my deposit back! It is now the middle of September and they keep pushing the car arrival date till October if that, and the 2015 I purchased was never available and they refused to give me my deposit back and tried to give me another car. The General Sales Manager Ed O'Donohue was extremely rude and abusive on the phone, lied about all the changes they made to the contract we signed, refused to return the money and honor the contract, attempted to substitute a different car, and his salesmen, Tyler Hirt, lied to me and to his Boss, Ed, regarding his promises for the arrival of the car, and that he had at one time agreed to return the deposit then lied about ever having said that. They are crooks, NEVER leave a deposit of ANY kind...I managed to get my money back after taking drastic measures I cannot mention here. Tyler Hirt, the salesman, made at least FOUR additional changes to the original contract and lied about these to me and to the company. The car I bought was never ordered, never existed, and four months later they still refused to return my deposit. Find another dealer, they are extremely rude, dishonest and crooks. More
