Great service, no stress! I purchased a 2019 Maxima SL on January 21st, 2020. I have to say this was the least stressful car purchase that I've ever made. Dustin S. Callender I purchased a 2019 Maxima SL on January 21st, 2020. I have to say this was the least stressful car purchase that I've ever made. Dustin S. Callender, Kenny Koos and Jim Fern were all very helpful guiding me through my purchase. Dustin took the time to show me different makes of the Maxima and accompany me on a few test drives. He was not pushy at all and very laid back, which is what you want when purchasing a car. My fiancé and I met with Kenny Koos the Finance Manager after the purchase. He was very accommodating and told us to look over the car and if there is anything that needs attention to let him know. Ken went through the contract with us and made sure that we were both happy. Jim Fern was very knowledgeable about the Maxima SL and guided us to speak with Dusting. Overall this was a great experience and I would definitely recommend Smithtown Nissan if you're looking for all around great service and satisfaction. More
