My son's car got totaled and I suggested we try the Nissan Altima as it got excellent reviews online. We were at the dealership for about 2 hours and my son drove out of Smithtown Nissan with a brand new Altima. The transition was effortless. We received an outstanding deal! I loved the experience so much that I bought an Altima for myself as well. This is our first Nissan and so far my son and I are loving it! Kudos to Sebastian and Marc in Finance!!!! A Breath of Fresh Air! What a great experience at Smithtown Nissan. After my husband and I felt we were being treated unfairly and being lied to at another Nissan dealership What a great experience at Smithtown Nissan. After my husband and I felt we were being treated unfairly and being lied to at another Nissan dealership(that we dealt with for 12 years) we called smithtown. We were connected to Sebastian and he gave me so much helpful info over the phone without even knowing me. We made an appt. to sit down with him and he made leasing our 4th Nissan easy and carefree! We are paying less for this 2015 Rogue than we have for any of our other 3 vehicles. We were shown NO loyalty at the previous dealership. The price Sebastian gave us over the phone was the same as the price he gave us when we walked into the showroom and the same in the finance room( where we met with another sweet, helpful employee, Allie.)As a matter of fact some of the final costs were actually less than he quoted!!! While we waited Sebastian was fun to talk too and so helpful. This dealership is a breath of fresh air when you are used to being cheated, lied to, and ripped off!!!!! We will definitely be back! Thanks for a great experience!!!!!! More
