Amazed As I came into Smithtown Nissan i was greeted by the sales rep Sebastian Savona. The reason why I went there not just bieng local but I heard a few t As I came into Smithtown Nissan i was greeted by the sales rep Sebastian Savona. The reason why I went there not just bieng local but I heard a few things on the radio that if we mention Craig Fina we would be given the best price and best deal. I currently have a lease on my Altima so I decided to go with the SL model due to the leather and the bells and whistles it has. When it came to negotiating, I wanted them to take my old Altima lease and do the "sign and drive". I first started with Sebastian and it was a little bit of give and take but shortly after we met the manager Joe Urso who came over and introduced himself. When he sat down with us he went over the numbers again with us and we came to a agreement shortly after, he really made it easy for us. After we were done with the paper work Sebastian went over the whole car and went over the navigation a few times with me since I didn't quite understand it at first. He mentioned that I can always call or stop by the dealership and he'd be more then happy to go over it again which really makes me feel at ease since there is so much technology in these cars. I can easily say that Craig Fina really has a great sales rep Sebastian Savona and a wonderful Manager Joe Urso. See you guys in 3 years! More

I was hoping for a similar positive result and I was not disappointed . I worked with Tom Sweeney and he was excellent . Tom was Honest straightforward and friendly the entire time. I told him where I needed to be and he got me there with an awesome 2015 model that exceeded my expectations. I was familiar with the numbers and I know I got an amazing deal. They took a car in trade as well as rolled me in from a previous Maxima lease with zero hassle or difficulty. Will in Finance was also very nice and I had the chance to speak to a bunch of the staff members and they all walked around with smiles on their faces and were genuinely nice. I left with the car the same day and my wife could not have been more excited. This is my 8th or 9th Nissan lease and this is my dealership from now on.
