He was extremely knowledgeable and did not tr y to push me to any specific models. When we were close on numbers the sales manager Joe Urso came over to help finalize the deal. He pushed the hard sell a little but did so in a respectful manner. When we finally agreed on numbers they gave me a move then generous amount for my trade in, and gave me the monthly payment I needed to make the car affordable. If you don't waste their time, they will not waste yours. It is still a car dealership, so do your homework. I was treated with the utmost respect and I suspect the same will be for anyone. More
