It was not my intention to buy a Nissan Altima. We looked at several cars, even test drove a few before landing at Smithtown Nissan. The moment we walked in the door, Jorge Cordero walked up to us, shook our hands and introduced himself. He was warm and friendly and put me at ease as though he was an old friend. After asking us what we were looking for, he proceeded to show us the 2013 Altima. I had a lot of questions and concerns and he took each one seriously and patiently answered each one. I should add that I haven't bought a car since the Mets and Yankees were in the World Series - this was a big event for me! After test driving the car, we talked some more. Jorge was extremely knowledgable and considerate. We shared stories and laughs and before I knew it 2 hours had passed. It was quite a pleasant experience. Oh and he sold me the car. Jorge's helpfulness did not end there though. Picked the car up yesterday and he took his time to show me every annemity on the car and how it worked. He asked if we had any questions and made sure I was comfortable with the purchase. I did not feel rushed in any way. He even washed the sticky tape from the label off the window! He is thorough! The car is beautiful inside and out and I am very happy with it. Who know i would be happy with a car that initially I wasn't even interested in. If you're looking to buy or lease a new car, I recommend you go to Smithtown Nissan and ask for my friend Jorge. He'll take care of you. More

My wife and son are delighted with the car but to me the final process left a sour taste in my mouth as the experience was great right up to the time I met with finance manager. Sales manager and sales consultant informed me of no money down deal but never did i expect the additional cap cost reduction and bank fees associated with this lease. So i was shocked that when i met with Ali, the requested amount was $1700 more than expected. This should have been told to me upfront and I'm upset that i let them get away with this. I'm considering calling the Better Business Bureau to issue a complaint because I sense this may be against the law. I've leased three other cars in the past, VW, Dodge and Honda and never did i ever get blindsided like i did yesterday. I hate to hold this against Nissan but i will probably never buy another Nissan in my life if this is the type of dealers that represents you. Sean Moran More
