I was due to trade in my 2010 Sentra that I leased. Larry told me about the great deal of the Pull back program where I could get a new car and Nissan would pay the remaining payments on my current lease. Joe came over to congratulate me on my wedding and told me that they would do the best that they could to get me into a new car that was in my price range. Smithtown Nissan is a great dealership. Mike was great. Mike listened, which is key, to what my family wanted, and was very importantly, extremely nice to my wife and five year old daughter. Mike could not do enough. It was 95 degrees and he was pulling cars around, making sure everyone was comfortable, and was easy going. When we came back from test driving a new Pathfinder, which was great, he sat us at his desk and went to crunch numbers. My daughter was hungry and we needed to break a 10 dollar bill, the receptionist was willing to give her a dollar out of her own pocket so she could get a snack!!! You do not see that ever!!! What a great person! When Mike came back with the numbers, we continued to try to make everything work. Joe came to check on everything and was willing to go the extra mile as well to make things happen. I had to take my father to the airport and both Joe and Mike let me leave, keeping me informed of possible pricing. How many times would a dealership let you leave and follow up with a call? Overall, a great family atmosphere, Smithtown Nissan catered to my whole family, not just me, and isn't that what you want? A dealership that cares? Mike, our salesperson was great. Yesterday I went to Smithtown Nissan to try to trade in my 2012 Sentra with 60,000 miles for a new one. As has happened three previous times at this dealership, I left with a brand new 2013 Sentra!!! I ha my 2012 Sentra with 60,000 miles for a new one. As has happened three previous times at this dealership, I left with a brand new 2013 Sentra!!! I had the pleasure of working with Andrey Litarov as my salesmen and then meeting Rich the sales manager to close the transaction. Both of these men were professional, knowledgeable, courteous and respectful. I then had to sit with the finance manager Will Alicea, who continued the great experience. There is a reason I have purchased three other vehicles from Smithtown Nissan---- This is and HONEST dealership!!! What they say is what they mean, there are no games played and no doubletalk. I have also ALWAYS used the service department for all of my vehicles, and the great experience continues next door with service. Same quality experience, professional, great work. More

I still have bad taste for this dealership due to the final process with the F&I Mgr. Joe AKA: "TINY" asking for $2300 for an Acquisition fee after we thought we were all done, 3 hours at the dealer, all final process with the F&I Mgr. Joe AKA: "TINY" asking for $2300 for an Acquisition fee after we thought we were all done, 3 hours at the dealer, all paperwork signed, (so we thought), plates transferred, & then 30 minutes till closing he asks how I want to pay for it as if it was a $20 fee. We leased 2 cars that day, we felt & we still do feel that we were taken advantage of that day, that is why we don't recommend this dealer for sales but I do recommend for service. We bought 3 cars there that summer, with Rob Turnowski, who we liked, who told us we will be treated like family REALLY! "Like Family". Since that FINAL day with Smithtown Nissan I have leased a 2011 Toyota RAV-4 for my wife, she originally wanted a Murano & purchased a 2010 RAM 1500 for my other son, he wanted the Titan. Next car will be a KIA Optima or a Nissan with another Dealer. P.S. Service Techs are more professional, put them in Sales & Finance More

The only problem was that there is a glitch in my navigation system but I called Jorge about it and he was very helpfu to get a wonderful car there.
