One minute they are begging us to take home a car on a sign and drive the next we have no deal at all. We put $400 in cash on deposit and when the deal didn't go through, they refused to give us our cash sign and drive the next we have no deal at all. Then I speak to the manager Paul and what a nasty, condescending, arrogant thing he was just yes'ing both me and my husband knowing he wasn't going to make us satisfied. Once they know you are no longer a customer, boy does customer service go out the window!! I will be taking my business to Nissan 112 and would never recommend Smithtown Nissan EVER!!! More
