Sales stinks and they need too really take courses in how too deal with people they are crude and un caring and I must say "Bait and Switch" comes too mind every time I think of them.I do like the Service department they are kind and helpful but the issues with this car continue with no help from the department I purchased it from, I was told the car may have too be there a few days and they would need my CREDIT card for a loaner "Rental" car, We purchased two cars in as many weeks the first truck went well the second is a catastrophe..
